An exceptional and inspiring **Computer Science Teacher** is sought to join our team starting August 2025. **The Role:**
We are looking for a remarkable, qualified educator capable of teaching **Computer Science** at IGCSE and A Level. The ideal candidate will be a skilled classroom practitioner who fosters strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. We seek someone who is organized, possesses a good sense of humor, and is eager to engage fully in the broader school community. You will lead all facets of teaching and learning in your department, promoting a culture of inspiration, enjoyment, and success in your classroom. As the **Technology Integration Manager**, you will supervise the broader implementation of technology in teaching and learning, training staff to leverage the opportunities technology provides. The school has a thriving robotics program, and an interest in enhancing this area is crucial. Responsibilities include:
- Managing ICT resources, budget, and expenditures while reporting to the Director.
- Planning and executing policies for the appropriate use of technology among staff and students, encouraging its integration into teaching and learning.
- Providing training and support for staff and students on technology integration initiatives and ensuring the development of a technology-rich curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Leading the formulation of a clear and achievable IT vision and strategic plan for the school.
- Participating in regional IT meetings and collaborative projects.
- Working closely with the network administrator to ensure regular maintenance, address hardware/software issues, and carry out housekeeping tasks.
- Evaluating and recommending educational software and tools to enhance teaching and learning.
