About This Role
Location: Chaoyang, Beijing
Key Responsibilities encompass, but are not restricted to:
• Collaborating with a Co-teacher to execute the Daily Learning Programme
• Designing the Daily Schedule, Routines, and Transitions in partnership with the Co-Teacher
• Effectively engaging with families
• Maintaining professionalism as an Early Childhood Education (ECE) teacher
• Continuously improving Professional Knowledge, Attitudes, and Competencies
• Participating in and supporting School Community Initiatives
• Addressing any additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors related to the co-teaching position.
General Requirements:
• At least 2 years of full-time teaching experience as a certified educator
• A recognized qualification in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is required
• A commitment to the well-being of young children
• A friendly and approachable nature
• Sensitivity to the emotions and needs of others
• The ability to connect effectively with young children
• Skill in fostering positive and nurturing relationships with parents and families
• Ideally, experience working with a diverse group of young children and/or employing an inquiry-based learning approach
