Position: Deputy Principal

Location: Lytton High School, Gisborne

The Role

We are seeking a passionate skilled education leader to join our senior management team, which consists of the principal, one other deputy principal and two assistant principals.

The successful applicant will cover a fixed term position for Term 3 only, which is covering for sabbatical leave. They will have proven leadership experience, teaching and the ability to work collaboratively with the senior management team. A strong curriculum background would be beneficial.

We are an innovative and successful school dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our students.

Start date: Monday 20th July for Term 3 only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the educational programs and initiatives within the school.


• Collaborate with the senior management team to enhance student learning outcomes.
