Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a fully qualified and seasoned Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to become part of our enthusiastic and dedicated team. The perfect candidate will possess a love for teaching, a dedication to the comprehensive development of children, and be a collaborative team player who aligns with the school’s ethos, values, and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:


Possession of a recognized degree in a relevant field from an accredited university, along with a PGCE, QTS, or another internationally acknowledged teaching qualification.


Minimum of three years of teaching experience within a primary school setting.


A robust commitment to maintaining high standards and employing diverse teaching and learning strategies, alongside evidence of ongoing relevant professional development.


Proficiency in utilizing contemporary educational information technology systems.


Proven excellence in classroom delivery within the subject area, ideally with external verification.


Current understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection protocols.

Key Responsibilities:


Deliver pastoral, academic, and behavioral support to students.


Keep precise records of student progress and engage in formal assessment processes.


Assist parents with referrals to external agencies when necessary.


Work collaboratively with parents, staff, and students on Individual Education Plans.


Effectively communicate with parents through reports and meetings.


Take part in and lead extracurricular activities.

Salary and Benefits:


Attractive salary ranging from CI$55,000 to CI$67,500 annually, tax-free, depending on experience and qualifications.
