About This Role

Dubai Heights Academy

Dubai Heights Academy offers a nurturing and friendly workplace environment. Situated in the Al Barsha South region of Dubai, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dedicated team.

Established in 2017, our school delivers an inclusive, vibrant, and exceptional educational experience to a diverse student body from FS1 through Year 12 (2025-2026), with plans to expand organically to Year 13.

Our modern campus features dedicated buildings for each educational phase, complemented by a 380-seat auditorium. We have three temperature-controlled swimming pools, fully equipped science and computer laboratories, specialized rooms for art, design technology, music, and drama, a library, two multipurpose sports halls, a full-sized football pitch, various outdoor play areas, and a spacious canteen. Spanning 292,000 sqft, our expansive campus includes three buildings designated for each phase, and we are excited to announce the recent opening of our new secondary building in August 2025, representing our most ambitious project to date.

At Dubai Heights Academy, we offer a curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students, based on the National Curriculum for England, while also aligning with local requirements. Our curriculum is further enhanced with Arabic language instruction, Islamic Studies, Moral Education, and Social Studies. Additionally, we have partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) to create and implement a custom AI (artificial intelligence) project-based program for secondary students, along with an early language initiative utilizing social robots for primary education, enriching our comprehensive curriculum.

Guided by our school ethos "Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters," we believe that every student deserves a top-tier education, irrespective of their background or abilities.
