About the Role: As a Secondary PE Teacher covering for paternity leave, you will play a vital role in delivering a dynamic and inclusive PE curriculum that inspires students to adopt active and healthy lifestyles. Your duties will involve planning and conducting lessons across a variety of sports and physical activities, ensuring that all students receive the necessary support, challenges, and encouragement to improve their skills and confidence. You will effectively use assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback, maintaining high standards for effort, participation, and behavior. Besides your teaching responsibilities, you will engage in departmental sporting events, fixtures, and extracurricular clubs, promoting a culture of teamwork, fair play, and physical well-being.
