About This Role
Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking a passionate and talented Performing Arts Teacher to join our dynamic and successful team starting in August 2026.
As a Secondary Performing Arts Teacher in an international British curriculum environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. While experience with GCSE and A Level Performing Arts is preferred, it is not mandatory.
You will inspire and engage students through dynamic and interactive lessons that foster skills in drama, movement, and performance, while also promoting creativity, confidence, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment, motivating students to explore, express, and innovate, thus empowering them to achieve their full potential both on stage and in life.

What We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a Performing Arts Teacher who can:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that adhere to the British curriculum.
- Demonstrate proficiency in teaching Performing Arts (Drama, Dance, and/or Music) at least up to GCSE level, with A Level experience being a plus.
- Exhibit strong creativity, performance, and critical thinking skills through engaging and effective teaching methods.
- Utilize a range of formative and summative assessment methods to monitor and support student progress in both practical and theoretical aspects.
- Contribute to curriculum development, departmental growth, and the creation of high-quality teaching resources and performance-based learning experiences.
- Support students’ academic and personal development while applying via the WhatSchool platform.
