The Role of Primary Teachers

In the role of Primary Teacher, you will play a vital part in inspiring and cultivating the skills, knowledge, and curiosity of our students. Through a creative and engaging curriculum, you will help nurture students’ confidence, independence, and enthusiasm for learning.

The ideal candidate will be a committed professional who shares our dedication to excellence and can deliver lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to accommodate the needs of a diverse group of learners.

What We’re Looking For

We are in search of a teacher who can demonstrate:

- Exceptional subject knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- The ability to foster a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
- Familiarity with current UK educational initiatives and developments.
- A strong passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to achieving the highest standards.
- The capability to support creative learning and develop 21st-century skills in students.
- Confidence in utilizing technology to enhance and expand learning experiences.
- Experience in using data and assessments to monitor and support student progress.
- Experience working with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must be fluent in English, possess a relevant degree and teaching qualification, and have at least 2 years of teaching experience in schools that adhere to the National Curriculum of England. Ideally, applicants will have a minimum of two years of experience in primary education and proven capability to teach across the primary age range.
