About This Role
Job Description
Generative AI (Azure OpenAI / RAG)
Help build and test chatbot / GenAI features using Available Platform
Use RAG (search + AI answers) to make responses more accurate
Improve prompts and test output quality
Data + dashboards
Work with project data using Python / other programming languages and SQL
Build simple ETL pipelines into SQL Server / Azure Blob / File Storage
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards (KPIs, trends, reporting)
Deployment and integration (with guidance)
Help deploy AI features using Docker / related tool
Support infrastructure setup using Terraform / related tool (if needed)
Help integrate AI features into existing systems using APIs
Use monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights) to check performance and errors
Optimisation (basic exposure)
Support simple scheduling / rostering solutions using OR-Tools
Help test results with real-world requirem
Compliance and privacy (important)
Follow PDPC and internal data governance rules
Help with basic compliance tasks like access control (RBAC) and documentation (DPIA/ROPA) with guidance
Teamwork
Work with teachers/operations teams to gather requirements and test solutions
Track work in Notion, collaborate using GitHub

Qualifications:
Relevant Qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic Programming Language
Basic SQL
Interest in AI / GenAI and willingness to learn fast
Able to explain your work clearly and document what you did
Responsible attitude toward data privacy
Willingness to work as a team
