We are excited to announce an opportunity for a remarkable Head of Psychology to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail starting in August 2026.

To be considered, candidates must:
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience teaching GCSEs and A-Levels
- Demonstrate exceptional subject knowledge
- Have experience working within a high-performing teaching team
- Provide evidence of outstanding teaching and learning
- Possess at least 2 years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England
