SALARY & BENEFITS

We offer our teachers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, northern allowance, retention premium, end-of-year bonus, returning premium, food transportation benefit, subsidized (furnished) housing, paid travel home, training opportunities, and additional perks. *Ranges, premiums, and benefits may differ based on qualifications, the collective agreement, and existing policies.
