At West Earlham Infant and Nursery school we host three additional classes for children with individual needs. We are looking for a motivated individual to work alongside children in Juniper class from September. Juniper class supports children who have complex needs within a mainstream setting. Our school is a very happy school that is passionate about children being given the very best start in their education. We are looking for someone who is able to be creative, flexible and committed to providing the very best education for our children.

Working hours: 8.30-4.30pm Mon-Thursday & Friday 8:30 - 3.30pm

You will have:

experience and knowledge of supporting children with additional needs and how young children learn
excellent communication skills
the ability to use their own initiative to support the individual needs of children in the moment
the skills to be an excellent team player
the ability to develop positive and supportive relationships with children and their families
the ability to support the speech and language progress of children from various stages of development
