Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our Prep School team, catering to Year 1 through Year 6. The specific assignment within these year groups will be finalized at a later date. This role involves supporting the Class Teacher in enriching student learning experiences and fostering the well-being of our pupils.

Founded in 1932, St. Julian’s is a leading British international school that serves children aged 3 to 18. Professional Responsibilities:
- In-Class Support:
- Work alongside teachers to establish routines and set expectations.
- Assist the teacher in catering to individual student learning requirements.
- Help implement differentiated lesson plans developed by teachers.
- Contribute to the design of engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
- Develop relationships with students to enhance their well-being.
- Employ effective support strategies to promote student independence.
- Facilitate in-class access arrangements (e.g., reading, scribing).
- Pre-teach or re-teach concepts to small groups as needed.
- Support teachers in tracking student progress and achievements.
- Cover classes during brief absences (up to 3 days) with guidance.
