Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree
  • A valid teaching certificate recognized by, or eligibility for certification in, Nunavut (Internationally educated teachers without a Canadian teaching certificate must have their qualifications assessed through Pathways To Teach Canada)

Desired Qualifications

Candidates are not required to meet every qualification; relevant experience and a commitment to community-centered education are valued.

Language and Cultural Assets
