About This Role
We are seeking an inspirational and committed Deputy Headteacher to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and continued development of our school. Working closely with the Headteacher, you will support the leadership and management of staff, lead key whole‑school developments, and help ensure high‑quality education and improved outcomes for all pupils.
You will deputise for the Headteacher when required, contribute to shaping and delivering a shared vision, and take significant responsibility for aspects of the School Development and Improvement Plans. The role includes strategic leadership of qualifications, assessment and data, alongside leading Maths and wider curriculum areas including STEM, Computing/Media, CONNECT and Careers.
