About us
Doha College stands as one of the premier British International Schools globally. As a proud not-for-profit institution, we are honored to be recognized as one of the top one hundred private schools in the world by both the esteemed Spear’s School Index and the Carfax Index, and we are the only school from Qatar featured in these lists. Our students consistently achieve exceptional results at (I)GCSE and A-Level, ranking among the best worldwide for schools of our kind.

Our commitment to your professional growth is matched by our focus on your well-being, supported by an innovative instructional coaching model that ensures all educators, regardless of experience, continue to develop and excel. We also offer a thorough induction and orientation program to help new staff navigate the complexities of an international relocation. Our complimentary on-site crèche for primary-aged children provides essential support for working parents, and staff representation on our Board of Governors plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the school.
Above all, our vibrant international student body is a joy to work with, and our forward-thinking approach encourages everyone at the College to share ideas and embrace innovation.
If you are excited about the prospect of joining our inspiring team that prioritizes your personal and professional development—bringing a commitment to excellence, positivity, kindness, and warmth—we eagerly await your application.
