The Position
We are seeking an Upper Primary Teacher and Primary Digital Coordinator to join our highly effective team committed to implementing the English National Primary Curriculum. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proficient classroom teacher, dedicated to prioritizing students in their educational journey. You should have experience instructing children aged 7 to 11. The ideal candidate will:
- Show confidence in core subjects (literacy, numeracy, science) and be able to teach them in an engaging and integrated manner.
- Effectively adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Inspire students to take responsibility for their learning as they progress towards secondary education.
- Demonstrate confidence in the use of technology in the educational process.
- Ensure safe and effective technology usage throughout the school, including the formulation of policies, management of budgets, and oversight of digital subscriptions.
- Develop a strategic plan for enhancing learning through technology and effectively communicate with parents about the digital curriculum.
- Lead the Computing curriculum and integrate digital learning across various subjects, ensuring appropriate assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Evaluate the impact of technology on learning outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices.
- Collaborate with IT to manage all ICT resources within the Primary school.
