Assistant Principal - Beaumont Primary Academy

We Are Looking for an Assistant Principal Who:

• Can provide strong, strategic leadership aligned with the Academy’s vision, values, and improvement priorities.
• Leads and enhances the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development.
• Supports, coaches, and develops staff through effective CPD, performance management, and professional collaboration.
• Will oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring a safe, well-organised, and inclusive learning environment.
• Will work in partnership with families, staff, external agencies, and the wider community to raise standards and improve outcomes for all pupils.

Our ARP is for Social Emotional Mental Health.

Beaumont is a three-form entry primary school, offering 90 places in each year group from Reception to Year 6. We also have a 32-place nursery, with flexible morning, afternoon, or full-day sessions to suit families’ needs.
