You will provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff, and in collaboration with School Principals, you will implement programs aimed at safeguarding students and addressing matters related to harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Your duties will include conducting needs assessments, setting goals, and creating improvement plans for students, ensuring follow-up and feedback to staff members. Working alongside Principals, you will ensure that standardized tests and assessments are conducted in compliance with established practices, professional standards, and provincial guidelines in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the prompt submission of reports and information requested by Authorities. Furthermore, you will maintain student records for the schools, which encompass personnel, school population, and academic data, while also fostering relationships with other school districts, Education Departments, colleges, universities, and the Ministry of Education.
