The primary goal of this role is to ensure that all teaching staff at Durham School for Girls (DSGD) adhere to UK Teaching Standards, while aligning their practices with the school's MARK values, policies, and cultural expectations set by the Qatari Ministry of Education (MOE). This includes delivering engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and promoting both academic and personal growth. Staff members are expected to maintain professional conduct, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, and actively participate in the school community. They must also ensure that all teaching methodologies, curriculum plans, and resources reflect DSGD/MARK values, Qatari culture, and MOE ethics.
