One to One Learning Support Assistant (SEN) 15 Hours per Week
About This Role
Skyswood Primary & Nursery School are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to specifically support a child with autism within our Early Years setting.
The role is to provide 15 hours support (mornings only) guided by specific targets identified by the class teacher and external agencies.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside the class teacher and will be encouraged to adopt a flexible approach in order to make learning as exciting and relevant as possible for this child in line with our commitment to unconditional positive regard as identified in our school Relationships & Behaviour Policy.
We have a warm and welcoming ethos throughout our school and value the positive parent/school relationships that exist within our school community. The successful candidate must have a commitment to the safeguarding of all children and be confident to work both independently and within the structure of a team.
