About This Role

Maths Teacher

Bloom World Academy, situated in the heart of Dubai in a cutting-edge new campus, is looking to hire a Maths Teacher for August 2025.

Our Story

Established in August 2022, Bloom World Academy serves students aged three to 18 years. The school has made significant strides in redefining educational practices in Dubai, benefiting learners, families, and educators alike.

Every element of the educational experience at Bloom World Academy has been thoughtfully analyzed—how we teach, the rationale behind our methods, and the outcomes they produce. This has resulted in several pioneering initiatives for the UAE. BWA is notably the first school in the UAE to start at 9 am, allow each student and their family to tailor their own timetable (learning pathways), and implement the Learning Achievement Passport (LAP) for students, which provides regular updates on their performance and progress to both students and families throughout the year.

Above all, BWA prioritizes family life—encouraging parents to engage in school activities, work from our community café, participate in regular workshops, and join our weekly community forum celebrations.

Our innovative approach has led us to surpass expectations, prompting the need to recruit a significant number of creative and committed educators—expert practitioners eager to apply their talents in a progressive, imaginative school that values the art of teaching.

Maths Teacher - The Position

Bloom World Academy seeks imaginative and skilled educators for the role of Maths Teacher.

As an IB educator, a strong commitment to fostering international mindedness in your classroom is essential, alongside supporting its growth throughout the school. Candidates should possess experience with or a solid understanding of a student-centered inquiry-based learning approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships are required, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.

The BWA Community

Teachers at BWA are part of a community that is cohesive, spirited, and sociable. They enjoy authentic friendships with colleagues and positive relationships with school leaders who genuinely care about their well-being, creating a true sense of teamwork. BWA educators are adaptable, resourceful, and are not deterred by the challenges that come with developing a new school. Here, teachers are expected to be good-humored and foster positive connections with families. All staff members are encouraged to be creative and to lead or participate in community events.
