Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Teaching Assistant Apprentice into the team at Woodbridge Road Academy. While this role is being advertised as an apprenticeship, we are also advertising this position as an experienced Teaching Assistant role.

The Position

We are looking for individuals with the dedication to promoting effective and inclusive education for all pupils and an understanding and ability to establish clear boundaries in relation to pupils' behaviour. You will demonstrate a commitment to collaborative working and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
