We are looking for someone who:Holds QTS and has recent experience of teaching in a primary classroom (training experience welcome for ECTs)
Is a practising Catholic or supportive of the school’s strong Catholic ethos
Has high expectations for all pupils and a clear philosophy for excellent teaching and learning
Can inspire, motivate, and engage children of all abilities
Is committed to inclusive practice and understands how to meet a diverse range of needs
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a creative approach to learning
Is a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Brings energy, enthusiasm, organisation and resilience to the role
