Build strong partnerships with Heads of Year, teachers, tutors, the SEND team, families and external agencies to support students' individual needs.
Deliver mentoring and intervention programmes that help students develop confidence, resilience, positive behaviours and engagement with learning.
Support the school's safeguarding provision as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
Act as Young Carers Lead, ensuring students with caring responsibilities receive the support they need to thrive.
