Thornhill Primary School are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about providing personalised support for pupils with additional needs, to ensure they achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will:

be nurturing, calm and patient
be self-motivated to engage in professional development
have excellent communication skills with pupils with language difficulties
be driven to support pupils to achieve their full potential
remain calm, be resilient and flexible when supporting pupils who may require additional emotional or behavioural support
promote independence
be passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs to thrive and succeed
