        • Supportive parents and carers.
        • A lovely school environment and outdoor learning spaces.
        • High-quality professional support and excellent opportunities for development.
        • A positive culture that values staff wellbeing and teamwork.
        • The opportunity to help shape and further develop our Early Years provision.

We are looking for a practitioner who:

              • Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all children.
              • Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
              • Can create an engaging, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
              • Is passionate about child development and early learning.
              • Provides high-quality learning opportunities through both adult-led and child-initiated experiences.
              • Can effectively assess children's progress and adapt provision to meet their needs.
              • Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
              • Is inspirational, creative and enthusiastic.
              • Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and promotes positive relationships.
              • Contributes fully to the wider life of the school.

For applicants interested in the Early Years Lead Practitioner role, we are particularly looking for someone who can:

              • Lead and further develop the vision for Early Years across the school.
              • Support colleagues in delivering outstanding Early Years practice.
              • Promote high-quality provision, assessment and curriculum development.
              • Work collaboratively with leaders to secure strong outcomes for children.
              • Is qualified to Level 6 in Early Years or Early Years Teacher Status

If you are committed to high standards, keen to develop your expertise and practice, and bring enthusiasm and positivity to your role, we would be delighted to hear from you.
