You will lead and direct a dedicated team of Learning Support Assistants, working collaboratively to maximise their skills and expertise. Across the school, we promote the use of specialist and shared spaces, from sensory areas to outdoor learning environments, to motivate, regulate, and inspire pupils. This approach ensures children feel supported, engaged, and ready to learn in contexts that build independence and confidence.This is a role where your creativity, empathy, and ambition will flourish.
