- Tailor instruction to accommodate the diverse needs of all students, including English Language Learners and those identified as gifted and talented.
- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.
- Incorporate technology and innovative methods to enrich learning experiences.
- Evaluate student progress through a variety of authentic assessment methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cohesive units and contribute to ongoing curriculum enhancement.
- Actively engage in the school’s co-curricular and community programs to support comprehensive learning.
