Trinity C of E School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Technology to provide strategic leadership across our Technology curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is passionate about high-quality teaching and learning, student achievement and ensuring that every young person is equipped with the knowledge, skills and experiences they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum and Departmental Leadership: Provide strategic direction and high standards across Product Design, Food & Nutrition, and Health & Social Care, supporting colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.

Student Achievement: Monitor and evaluate student performance data across all key stages, identifying priorities and implementing effective interventions to secure strong progress and excellent outcomes, including external examinations.

Wider School Leadership: Contribute positively to the wider leadership and development of the school, supporting our distinctive Christian ethos, values and community life.

We are looking for a leader who combines high expectations with strong relationships, has a clear vision for curriculum development and is committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their potential “Reach Higher, Shine Brighter.”

Compensation

£49,727.00 - £68,651.00 Annually (Actual) Teacher Main/Upper Scale (Outer London) £39,196 - £58,120 + TLR1a £10,531 + £500 Welcome to Trinitas Bonus
