We are currently seeking an Elementary Counselor to join our committed team. This vital position focuses on promoting the social and emotional development of our elementary/primary school students through personalized counseling services, guidance, and support.

Education Stage: Elementary/Primary School
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of experience as a school counselor or in a similar role working with elementary-aged children
- In-depth knowledge of child development and principles of social-emotional learning applicable to an elementary school setting
- Ability to conduct both individual and group counseling sessions effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, teachers, and staff
- Familiarity with the Common Core curriculum framework is advantageous
- Proficient in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and behavioral management strategies
