We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and inspirational Assistant Director of Science to join the team at Penrice Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is passionate about Science and committed to ensuring that every student is supported to achieve their full potential.

Working closely with the Director of Science and wider leadership team, you will play an important role in the continued development of the Science curriculum, supporting high-quality teaching and learning and contributing to excellent outcomes for our students. You will have the opportunity to share your expertise, develop colleagues and help shape the strategic direction of the department.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent classroom practitioner, has high expectations of all students and can inspire both students and colleagues. You will bring energy, creativity and a collaborative approach, alongside a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
