Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet is looking to hire an experienced Teaching Assistant to become part of our support team on a permanent basis as soon as possible. The selected candidate will join Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet and benefit from excellent training and development opportunities from the outset, with the chance to make a positive impact on our students' learning. This position is ideal for seasoned TAs seeking to join our academy and also for graduates eager to gain practical experience in preparation for future Teacher Training with us. There is potential for advancement into a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role for those interested in pursuing that path.

As a Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing structured learning activities and teaching programs while assisting students in accessing learning under the guidance of the class teacher. You will also provide feedback regarding students' progress and achievements, helping them to reach their full potential, and ensure a safe classroom environment that facilitates effective learning.

Compensation

Actual salary £21,646 per annum (£25,166 full-time equivalent)
