About the Role: In the role of Secondary Science Teacher, you will deliver stimulating, rigorous, and inclusive lessons that resonate with students of diverse abilities. You will showcase exemplary classroom practices by employing innovative teaching strategies that spark curiosity and deepen understanding of the Science curriculum. You will leverage assessment data to plan effectively, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to help each student achieve their maximum potential. Beyond your teaching responsibilities, you will engage with the wider school community through form tutoring, extracurricular activities, and participation in significant school events. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding protocols, and promoting high standards of behavior, punctuality, and work ethic.
