We leverage innovative technologies and initiatives to effectively prepare our children for success in an ever-changing world.We are on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and imaginative EYFS Teacher (Early Years Foundation Stage) who is excited to contribute to a progressive, student-centered Early Years School.Key Responsibilities:Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculumProvide constructive, guided feedback to students through both written and verbal communicationConduct summative and formative assessmentsMaintain effective communication with parents throughout the academic yearParticipate in parent conferences, report writing, etc.Plan and prepare lessonsGather and analyze data to inform lesson planning and parent communicationsPromote and share best practices within and outside the departmentJob Specification:The ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, a Bachelor of Education, or an equivalent qualification.Successful candidates will:Have a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage program.Possess at least two years of post-qualification teaching experience.Demonstrate the capability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.Be open to innovative learning and teaching methods, fostering an environment where risk-taking is encouraged and students are central to the learning experience.Exhibit the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to interact thoughtfully and empathetically while bridging social and cultural gaps.Be able to collaborate creatively with colleagues.Be adaptable, responsive, and open to the needs of students and the dynamic school environment, willing to go above and beyond.Experience in teaching EAL students would be an advantage.Ta’allum Group - Al Jazeera AcademyPO Box 22250, Doha, State of QatarSalary and Benefits:Competitive, tax-free salary based on qualifications and experienceFully furnished two-bedroom apartment with utilities includedJoining/repatriation ticket, annual return ticket, visa, and residency for the employee and one nominated dependentPrivate medical insurance for the employee and one nominated dependentComplimentary education at Ta’allum Group Schools for one nominated dependent, covering tuition, registration, and exam feesEnd of Service Benefit Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary in accordance with Qatar Labor lawDocumentation Requirements:Candidates must provide notarized and attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage certificate, and birth certificates of dependents.
