About This Role
Al Rabeeh Academy is on the lookout for a dedicated, skilled, and flexible Data Manager and Timetable Coordinator to become part of our team.
The School Data Manager and Timetable Coordinator plays a vital role in our institution, tasked with overseeing and analyzing student data as well as developing the school timetable from FS to Year 13. We are seeking an individual experienced with iSAMS to guarantee that data remains accurate, secure, and effectively utilized to align with the school’s strategic goals. This position involves close collaboration with the leadership team to create and sustain a timetable that caters to the needs of both students and faculty. Additionally, the successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of an exam officer in support of the Academy.
Candidates must have relevant experience with iSAMS and experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS), ensuring the precision and reliability of all student and staff data.
- Analyze student performance data, attendance records, and other essential metrics to assist school leadership in informed decision-making.
- Generate regular and on-demand reports for senior management, teachers, and external stakeholders, including reports for Ofsted inspections.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws, upholding confidentiality and data security at all times.
- Provide training and assistance to staff in the effective use of the MIS and other data-related systems.
- Develop, implement, and sustain the school timetable, ensuring it fulfills curriculum requirements while optimizing staff and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to efficiently assign teaching staff, classrooms, and resources.
- Modify and update the timetable as necessary throughout the academic year, accommodating changes in staffing, student enrollment, and curriculum requirements.
- Communicate timetable changes and updates clearly to staff, students, and parents.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise from the timetable, such as problems with room or staff allocations.
