Person Specification
Candidates must demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the UK or at a British Curriculum school.

Experience in teaching Arabic as an additional language (Arabic B / Non-Native Speakers).

•
A solid understanding of language acquisition strategies and contemporary assessment practices.

•
Outstanding classroom management skills.

•
Experience with data systems, student tracking, intervention strategies, and reporting.

•
A commitment to exceptional teaching and learning.

•
Proficiency in using IT and digital tools to enhance language education.

•
A willingness to build strong relationships with parents.

•
A collaborative attitude towards supporting whole-school initiatives and the school improvement process.
