We are seeking to hire an experienced Admissions Generalist to begin as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will serve as a representative of the school, proactively enhancing systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. They will be creative in promoting our school and increasing enrolment figures. A friendly and outgoing personality is essential, as the role involves managing daily administrative tasks related to Admissions and conducting school tours, all while upholding a strong customer service ethos and high professional standards. The Admissions Generalist will report directly to the Head of Admissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Admissions department at a British Curriculum premium school in Dubai.
- Comprehensive understanding of KHDA regulations and requirements.
- A degree-level education is essential.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities, with a preference for face-to-face customer interaction.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve targets.
- Proficient IT skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel and Google Drive.
- Familiarity with iSAMS would be beneficial.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Be available to address walk-in parent inquiries and conduct tours.
- Ensure student admissions targets are met.
- Communicate tactfully and diplomatically with school staff and central office representatives.
- Adhere to required procedures and timelines to ensure timely processing of all applications.
- Be willing to commit to tasks beyond the standard workday when necessary.
- Professionally manage incoming admissions calls and address inquiries.
- Respond swiftly to all email inquiries.
- Collect and accurately document various admission materials.
- Schedule and track admissions assessments, coordinating with staff regarding assessment logistics.
- Maintain both current and archived student files.
- Participate in the planning and execution of admission events, including open days, stay-and-plays, pop-up events, and roadshows.
