About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SENDCo to spearhead our commitment to delivering outstanding education for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at our school. The ideal candidate will have high aspirations for themselves and their colleagues, a strong dedication to improving student progress—especially for those who are disadvantaged and have SEND—and a willingness to pursue the NPQ SENCo qualification if they have not yet obtained it.
In this position, your primary focus will be on improving educational outcomes for children by nurturing an inclusive learning atmosphere. You will work alongside educators to enhance their confidence and effectiveness, ensuring that every student receives a well-rounded education that meets the National Curriculum standards. Your contributions will be essential in fostering high achievement levels and addressing the diverse needs of all learners.
