About the Cambridge Programme
The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme represents a thorough bilingual initiative that harmonizes instruction throughout the Vinschool Education System, incorporating the Vietnamese national curriculum alongside the Cambridge International Programmes.
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, qualified, and certified primary educators to become part of our international teaching team for the academic year 2026–27. The selected candidates will teach the Cambridge Primary Programme, following the relevant Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Ideal candidates will have the appropriate qualifications and experience, showing a strong dedication to supporting students' academic and extracurricular growth.
Key Responsibilities
•
Teach students in Mathematics, English, Global Perspectives, and Cumulating Project in accordance with the Cambridge International Curriculum, with a weekly teaching load of up to 20 hours.
•
Create curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials for classroom activities, while managing educational information via the Learning Management System (LMS).
•
Adjust teaching methods, learning strategies, and instructional resources to meet the varied needs and interests of students.
•
Assess student progress through evaluations, track academic performance, and provide constructive feedback.
•
Establish classroom standards, observe and assess student performance, behavior, social development, and overall well-being.
•
Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, or guardians to discuss student progress and address any academic or behavioral issues.
•
Design and implement remedial programs for students requiring additional assistance.
•
Engage in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events.
•
Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic competitions.
•
Perform additional professional responsibilities as directed by the Principal/Director.
Qualifications & Experience
•
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates who have a Bachelor in Primary Education.
•
A professional teaching qualification/license/certification is essential.
•
Candidates possessing a Master’s degree will be prioritized.
•
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience (post-teaching qualification) in teaching primary subjects within a structured educational environment is required.
•
Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is advantageous but not mandatory.
•
Proficiency in English is crucial (minimum C1 level).
