Al Basma is a highly regarded, high-achieving ENC School with a considerable waiting list. We are seeking a Primary teacher to become part of our outstanding Primary team for the forthcoming academic year.
Our school, which has seven forms of entry, currently serves 1950 students from FS1 to Y13. In September 2020, we opened a modern Primary block for Year 3 to Year 6. We continue to grow by around 200 students annually, with an expected capacity of 2400 within the next three years.
As a BSO school (EduBase No.143834), we are pleased to provide a UK-recognized induction for candidates with QTS through the Early Career Framework, in partnership with ESP Education.

We follow the 2014 National Curriculum of England and implement the updated 2020 Development Matters Framework in EYFS. We utilize both GL CAT4 and GL Progress assessments for students in Years 4 to 10. Furthermore, we offer a range of GCSE, iGCSE, iAS, and iA Levels through Cambridge, Edexcel, and Pearson exam boards for our older students, and we are in the process of introducing various BTEC qualifications to customize educational pathways.
Our school received BSO (British Schools Overseas) accreditation in May 2016 during its second year and has continually progressed, earning a good rating with numerous outstanding features in May 2022. Since January 2017, we have consistently achieved Band A ratings in the ADEK Irtiq'aa inspections. Most recently, in February 2022, we secured our Very Good ADEK rating with many features classified as outstanding.

- An internationally recognized Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of Primary Education with QTS or equivalent.
