Key Requirements
• Ability to teach academic PE (GCSE, A Level, or BTEC Sport)
• Experience in developing inclusive sports programs
• Familiarity with contemporary PE teaching methodologies and assessment frameworks
• Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies for physical education
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with coaches, parents, and students
• Experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Capacity to support the school's Elite Player Pathway (EPP) program
