We are on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and imaginative EYFS Teacher (Early Years Foundation Stage) who is excited to contribute to a progressive, student-centered Early Years School.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum

• Provide constructive, guided feedback to students through both written and verbal communication

• Conduct summative and formative assessments

• Maintain effective communication with parents throughout the academic year

• Participate in parent conferences, report writing, etc.

• Plan and prepare lessons

• Gather and analyze data to inform lesson planning and parent communications

• Promote and share best practices within and outside the department

Job Specification:

* The ideal candidates will hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree, a Bachelor of Education, or an equivalent qualification.

Successful candidates will:

Have a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage program.

Possess at least two years of post-qualification teaching experience.

Demonstrate the capability to teach across the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Be open to innovative learning and teaching methods, fostering an environment where risk-taking is encouraged and students are central to the learning experience.

Exhibit the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to interact thoughtfully and empathetically while bridging social and cultural gaps.

Be able to collaborate creatively with colleagues.

Be adaptable, responsive, and open to the needs of students and the dynamic school environment, willing to go above and beyond.

*Experience in teaching EAL students would be an advantage.

Documentation Requirements:

Candidates must provide notarized and attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage certificate, and birth certificates of dependents. Additional requirements specific to the school will be communicated.

The selected candidate must provide a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) prior to employment confirmation. Candidates residing outside the DBS jurisdiction must acquire an equivalent certificate from a recognized authority in their current country.
