About This Role

Dallington School Madrid is looking for an EYFS Teacher Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside the EYFS Team, supporting children from Pre-nursery (ages 2-3) through Year 1 (ages 5-6).

This is a permanent position with a start date of 27th August 2025. The annual gross salary for this role ranges from €18,000 to €22,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Candidates must possess Early Years qualifications at level 2 or level 3, hold NQT from a UK provider, QTS, or PGCE, or have the Spanish diploma in "educación infantil." Additionally, applicants should be native-level English speakers and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a teaching assistant or teacher.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. QUALIFICATIONS: Early Years qualifications at level 2 or level 3; NQT; QTS

2. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: European passport, TIE, or Spanish NIE
