The Role

Support high-achieving students as they navigate each step of the college application journey.

Provide tailored guidance on selecting schools, writing compelling essays, and crafting outstanding applications.

Help students develop vital skills—critical thinking, communication, and strategic planning—that set them apart from their peers.

Collaborate with a diverse, international team committed to ethical, student-centered counseling.

Who We’re Looking For
A solid academic foundation — a Bachelor’s degree is necessary, while a higher degree is preferred.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in education, college counseling, or a related field.
A commitment to a 2-year term in China.
A passion for excellence, cultural exchange, and supporting student success.
