The Island Private School serves as a comprehensive educational center, offering three distinct programs—International Baccalaureate, Waldorf, and Montessori—all within a unified setting. Our holistic approach encompasses a full-day learning experience (08:00-18:00) designed for international students from various cultural backgrounds. Beginning at the Pre-Primary level, our educational pathway is tailored to support each student's unique learning journey, aligning their education with individual aspirations and real-world experiences, while incorporating contemporary practices. We are dedicated to delivering a high-caliber, rigorous international education that cultivates critical thinking, broad global views, and the overall development of our students. We take pride in being the first and only fully accredited IB World School in Cyprus, offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). Additionally, we are the sole institution in Cyprus to provide the Waldorf Program. Our school continually seeks to introduce the most innovative educational programs for our students. We are currently preparing to become a candidate for the IB Career-Related Programme (CP), a highly regarded initiative that allows Year 11-12 students to cultivate career-oriented skills in preparation for their futures. Our Campus Currently, we operate from a temporary campus, which opened in September 2022, comprising three sections: Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary School, as well as outdoor sports courts, playgrounds, a canteen, two art studios, two music rooms, and two libraries. Future Campus Inspired by leading educational initiatives from around the globe and collaborating with a top architectural firm, we are in the process of developing our permanent campus. This future facility will feature five laboratories, two art studios, a swimming pool, a sports complex for both indoor and outdoor activities, among other amenities. By 2026, we aspire to realize our vision and create a dynamic educational environment for global citizens. This inclusive space will meet the needs of our students, parents, teachers, and international professionals, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
