Skills
Ideal candidates will need to:
- Exemplify our core values of integrity, empathy, and resilience in all actions
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
- Have demonstrable experience in teaching Secondary A Level Chemistry
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team of educators
- Exhibit a collaborative spirit and a willingness to share best practices
- Maintain a growth mindset, being reflective and solution-oriented
- Approach teaching with creativity and enthusiasm
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents
- Demonstrate a record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences
