Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education for learners from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including young adult and adult learners.

It's an exciting time at Te Kura and we are looking for an innovative and collaborative team leader to join our Te Kāhui Hauāuru team based in our Hamilton, Rotorua or Tauranga tari.
You will provide leadership and effective management for their team and will be an essential driver within the school for maintaining the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in their team.
You'll have an in-depth understanding of big picture principles and implementation, great interpersonal skills and have a proven record of managing a team in the education sector, plus a track record of working positively to deliver on organisational strategic direction. You'll manage the teaching team, assist with building a dynamic teaching and learning environment and ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and pastoral support to our ākonga.
