Teaching Assistant Level 3

Our Lady of Lourdes RCPS are currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, inspirational and enthusiastic teaching assistant who can join our dedicated team to support the children in our care. The candidate will be working alongside the class teacher and supporting one or more of our children with special educational needs as well as proving general support for our children inside the classroom and leading interventions under the direction from the class teacher. The successful candidate will have experience and an excellent understanding of special education needs and demonstrate commitment to inclusive education.

We are seeking an individual who has:

• Has a clear understanding of the Catholic faith and be willing to uphold the school’s ethos and values
• Experience of supporting children with special educational needs and is willing to use this experience to support SEND children at Our Lady of Lourdes RCPS
• Experience of delivering interventions demonstrating impact on the children’s attainment and progress
• Effective communication skills to develop relationships with all stakeholders
