Introduction:
We are currently seeking a full-time Teacher of History and Sociology to join our Social Sciences department. This vacancy is suitable for newly qualified teachers or early career teachers who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons in the subjects of History and/or Sociology at the high school level.
The History lessons may be at the IGCSE and/or A Level and the Sociology lessons are A-Level.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor's Degree in History, Sociology, or related field.
- No previous teaching experience is required; however, relevant academic background or training would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the UK-A Levels curriculum is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
